Move the affected pawn out of dangerous exposure and compare their own comfortable temperature range with the place they are working or resting. Clothing, health and genes can make pawns differ. Fix the room or route, not just the thermostat; an Odyssey vacuum problem requires separate protection.

Compare room temperature with pawn tolerance
First address exposure. Sending a suffering pawn to finish a long haul can make a solvable condition worse. Move them to a safer temperature or rescue them if they cannot move, then inspect the Health tab rather than waiting for ordinary work to resolve it.
Find exposure before changing buildings
Use the pawn’s displayed temperature tolerance, not a single universal cutoff from a guide. Apparel changes insulation and protection; some Biotech genes also change tolerances. Check whether the pawn is actually wearing the intended outfit.
Move and treat an affected pawn
Compare the room’s measured temperature with the target on a heating or cooling device. Open doors, roof gaps, outages and extreme weather can defeat an otherwise correct setting. Outdoor jobs need their own plan because room improvements do not protect the entire map.
Temperature is not vacuum protection
For prevention, shorten routes through hazardous weather and give workers suitable equipment before resuming long outdoor tasks. Odyssey pressure hazards and vacuum resistance are separate from heatstroke or hypothermia; do not substitute one kind of protection for the other.
