GRAIN ROT currently requires a 64-bit Windows 10 PC, 8 GB RAM, DirectX 11, broadband internet, and 10 GB of storage. The minimum GPU is a GTX 970 or Radeon R9 390. The Steam page lists full controller support.

Controller and Steam Deck
The Steam store lists full controller support. The official FAQ says gamepads are supported, but also says the game is not Steam Deck Verified at the checked date. That does not prove the game cannot run on a Deck; it means there is no official Verified status to promise.
Is GRAIN ROT on console, Mac, or Linux?
The current official release is Windows PC on Steam. The developer FAQ says there are no current macOS or Linux plans. We found no official PlayStation, Xbox, or Nintendo Switch release announcement, so console-related search suggestions should be treated as unanswered interest—not confirmation of a port.
