GRAIN ROT is a physics-heavy dungeon crawler where your Living Spark inhabits wooden vessels, explores shifting ruins, secures resources, and expands an Outpost between runs. A broken vessel is not always the end—but a full party wipe before extraction costs unsecured loot.
