Hell Let Loose: Vietnam / PC requirements

PC System Requirements

The store’s 1080p/60 targets include upscaling notes—so the GPU names alone do not tell the whole story.

Short answer

The useful part first.

Both official tiers require a 64-bit Windows PC, 16 GB RAM, DirectX 12, broadband internet, and 30 GB of storage. The minimum GPU tier is an RTX 2060 Super or RX 6600 XT; recommended is an RTX 3060 Ti or RX 6900 XT.

Official PC requirements

Intel Core i5-10600K or AMD Ryzen 5 3600X
Memory
16 GB RAM

Storage
30 GB available
Official target
1080p / 60 FPS · TSR 71% or DLSS Ultra Performance

Recommended

OS
Windows 11, 64-bit

Official target
1080p / 60 FPS · TSR 100% High or DLSS Balanced

What the upscaling notes mean

The minimum target is not described as native-resolution 1080p. Steam pairs it with 71% TSR or DLSS Ultra Performance. The recommended target uses either 100% TSR at High settings or DLSS Balanced. A page that promises native 1080p/60 from the minimum GPU is going beyond the official specification.

Does meeting the list guarantee a locked 60 FPS?

No. The official performance updates say large battles can expose different CPU, GPU, and server bottlenecks, and that optimization continues after launch. The listed hardware is a store target, not a guarantee for every map, player count, driver, and graphics combination.

Before buying for PC

  • Compare both your CPU and GPU; a stronger GPU does not remove a CPU or server bottleneck.
  • Keep more than 30 GB free for downloads, patches, and temporary installation space.
  • Check the final-build performance page after launch instead of relying on playtest-only benchmark videos.
